“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”

— Anais Nin

  • Are you struggling with depression and anxiety?

  • Do you feel stuck in old patterns that aren’t working for you any longer?

  • Are you a teen and feel misunderstood, unheard, or unsupported?

  • Are you struggling as a parent and yearn for a better relationship with your child?

  • Do you long for more balance and connection in daily living?

  • Are you curious about who you could be without the stories that drag you down?

Growth can be challenging, and we should not have to do it alone. It is a great honor for me to accompany you toward more ease and joy. I bring compassion, mindful presence, curiosity, and heartfelt acceptance to my work with adults, children, and families.

The tension you feel in your body and mind can be valuable sources of information that point toward your underlying needs. With busy lives, we rarely have the opportunity to attend to these sources. My intention is to listen deeply so that we can take care of your underlying needs.

Together, we can work with your experiences to bring you into more connection with your wisest self, enabling you to clarify your goals and create more of what you want. I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to help you get to where you want to be.

Sometimes I like to provide my clients with take-home tools such as Mindfulness and Self Compassion exercises. I have found that making small adjustments, such as incorporating short, regular practices, can really make a difference in the quality of our days.

We can also look at wellness for you and your family to see where some shifts in routine might make a difference in the health of your family. For example, where can we find more space for play and relaxation during your week?

I am delighted to offer you an accepting and comfortable place where you feel at ease showing up just as you are. I look forward to meeting with you soon.

*I am trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-based CBT, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, trauma-informed practices, cultural competency, Healing Childhood Trauma (Yoga Calm), Supporting Children Exposed to Domestic Violence, ASIST-Suicide Prevention, Street Yoga, along with others.

I have over 15 years of experience working with Latino, Spanish-speaking families and immigrant/refugee families.

I also offer BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) mental health support.
