“Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.”

— Helen Keller

In a world that has become so isolating, let us find connection.

I enjoy working more closely with those experiencing life transitions. These events can be challenging, stressful, and overwhelming, and as you transition from one space to another, you may also find yourself on a journey of finding yourself. As we face change, we also change as people and adjusting to this can be hard at times, not just for yourself, but for those around you. Let’s move forward together on identifying, processing, and cultivating what’s important to you.

I am also very passionate about providing support to parents of all backgrounds and constellations. From partnered, to single, to divorced, to bonus/step-parenting, the changes and challenges don’t just impact our own lives anymore. The complexities are so unique that it can feel overwhelming and challenging in new and even unexpected ways. I want to help bring more awareness to and create space for you to explore what changes and supports you may be looking for to feel empowered and confident in your parenting relationships.

My counseling approach is holistic, emotion-focused, and informed through an attachment-based perspective, where relationship building, communication, and emotional expression lie at the foundation. I believe in creating an environment where you can feel safe and comfortable in sharing, exploring, and finding yourself while providing you with ongoing support and guidance to work towards your goals and desired change. Throughout my work, I consider all aspects of life to be important, worthy, and influential to your journey towards growth, as we are all shaped by so much in our environments, relationships, and culture. This is what makes us who we are.
