“Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”

— Brene Brown

Welcome! I respect your courage in reaching out for the support you need and deserve. The first step of your journey can begin right here, and right now.

I believe that, through the power of authenticity, vulnerability, and connection, we have the innate capacity to transform our lives and find the light, no matter how much darkness has consumed our lives. I would be honored to be a part of this journey with you. I use a strengths-based and client-centered approach to meet you where you are and walk alongside you toward your personal goals. I believe that we all struggle at some points in our lives and that we all have moments where the darkness feels as if it is taking over. During these times, it is difficult to find the self-compassion we need to quiet the voice telling us that we are broken or damaged. I will help you reconnect with the light inside yourself – to find your strength and your voice – to reconnect with your self-worth and value to this world – to recognize you are not “broken” – to feel whole again.

“Our job is not to deny the story, but to deny the ending – to rise strong, recognize our story, and rumble with the truth until we get to a place where we think, YES. This is what happened. This is my truth. And I will choose how this story ends.”

— Brene Brown

The thing I most love about our journey together is just that. Learning your story with genuine curiosity. Navigating through the depths of your experiences to find the foundation of your beliefs, worldview, strengths, and struggles… gaining this insight into YOU brings power. The power to acknowledge and accept… and thus the power to change – to change the way we think and thus change our experience in the world.

My clients most often comment that they appreciate my humor and playful personality. I strive to help you know that I value you as a whole and worthy person. I respect and honor your needs, strengths, and struggles. I will consistently provide you with straightforward and direct feedback, and I will always have your best interest in mind.

While I believe that we all have the power to change, I also understand that at this moment you may not feel that way. I hope to help you change that. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to find your voice and reconnect with your truth.

“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we will ever do.”

— Brene Brown
