There is a crack in everything. That is how the light gets in.

― Leonard Cohen

I am a relational therapist who believes that the power of connection, compassion, and trust are the foundations of healing. I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, validated, and can show up as your authentic self in order to take that first courageous step of seeking change in your life. I believe that no matter what your struggle is, at your core there is an innate wisdom and light that together we will find the way back to.

Through gentle curiosity of your story and experiences, I empower my clients by tapping into resilience and building upon your strengths to cultivate transformation. I view my clients through a lens of unconditional positive regard. Together we will navigate the challenges that you face to create a road map to your best, wisest, and brightest self. While I customize my therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of my clients, my healing style is rooted in somatic and mindfulness based practices that will bring you into connection with your mind, body, and spirit.
